    Each piece from my studio is handmade with care and intention, I will always do my best to ensure your purchase meets your expectations.  It also means there are natural variations in glaze, form, and texture that are part of the charm — and not considered flaws.

    However, if your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault (such as a crack, instability, or damage that affects its use), I’ll absolutely make it right.

    • Include a clear photo of the issue and a brief description.

    • If the item is confirmed faulty, I’ll offer a replacement

    • Return shipping (if required) will be discussed case-by-case.
