Simple Ordering Process:
At Checkout
- Complete and name and optional date section when you order
After Check Out
- Within the next week, I will email you a design mock up. Once you've let me know everything is correct I will begin production.
- Everything I make is by hand, and if I have orders ahead of yours I won't always be able to start your order immediately. This, and the usual time comsuming production process for ceramics means it will take 4-5 weeks from the start of production for your order to be shipped.
- I will email you once your order is ready to ship and let you know the tracking numbers.
