These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of the Pam Streeter Ceramics website. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
About Pam Streeter Ceramics
Pam Streeter Ceramics is a New Zealand–based studio producing handmade ceramics and pottery texture tools. Many items are made to order and produced in small batches.
Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of the work, slight variations in size, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the character of the work.
Product images are provided as a guide only.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full. Payments are handled securely through third-party payment providers, and Pam Streeter Ceramics does not store payment card details.
Made-to-Order Items
Many items are made to order and require a short processing time before dispatch. Estimated processing times are provided on product pages and in the Shipping Policy.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping and delivery timeframes.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and outlined in the Shipping Policy.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of the work, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
Use of Texture Tools
Texture tools are designed for use with clay and related craft materials. Results may vary depending on clay body, moisture level, forming method, and firing process.
Pam Streeter Ceramics is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of the tools, including breakage, glaze results, or firing issues.
Intellectual Property
All designs, textures, images, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Pam Streeter Ceramics unless otherwise stated.
Texture tools are sold for use in personal or commercial ceramic work. The designs themselves may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used to create competing tools without permission.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with its operation or access restricted areas without authorisation.
Limitation of Liability
Pam Streeter Ceramics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand) where applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
