Together for a Wilder Wellington
I'm proud to partner with Predator Free Wellington — a movement close to my heart and home.
Their vision is bold: to make Wellington the world’s first predator-free capital city, where native birds and wildlife thrive once again among our neighbourhoods, backyards, and everyday lives.
This incredible project brings together thousands of Wellingtonians — households, community groups and organisations — all working towards removing every single rat, possum, stoat and weasel from our region. It’s conservation beyond fences and offshore islands — it’s creating a city alive with birdsong, where our native taonga can flourish right alongside us.

How You Can Help
When you purchase a Predator Free Wellington Mug, you’re doing more than buying a keep cup— you’re supporting a movement.
For every mug sold before [insert date], $7 will be donated directly to Predator Free Wellington’s work. If more than 50 mugs are sold, then Predator Free Wellington will receive $10 for every keep cup!
Each keep cup is individually hand thrown and glazed in a soft, natural palette inspired by Wellington’s coastline and bush.
No two are ever the same — each carries the mark of the maker, a reminder that every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.
These mugs are made in small batches, with care and intention. Once they’re ready, one will be chosen for you — a unique piece that’s yours alone, made to celebrate your part in this collective effort for a wilder, more vibrant city.
A Partnership Rooted in Care
This collaboration is about more than fundraising — it’s about community, creativity, and hope.
By supporting Predator Free Wellington, you’re helping restore the land we all share.
And by supporting local craft, you’re helping keep handmade tradition alive right here in Aotearoa.
