Filigree Lace
A richly layered lace-inspired texture designed for elegant slab-built surfaces, wrapped forms, and cohesive dinnerware sets.
Filigree Lace combines flowing floral motifs, open mesh detail, and varied line weight to create impressions that remain clear, crisp and readable in clay. The pattern wraps beautifully across mugs, tumblers, plates, bowls, and larger serving forms while still offering smaller areas of detail for feature placement.
The varied density allows glaze to settle naturally across the surface, creating depth without overwhelming the form.
Designed as part of the Magpie Dinnerware System, this full-sheet texture pairs with optional masks and templates to help repeat and frame designs consistently across a body of work.

How To Use
Roll evenly into a soft clay slab using consistent pressure. The texture can be used edge-to-edge across larger forms or isolated into smaller framed sections using masks and templates from the Magpie Dinnerware System.
A small amount of dark residue may appear during the first few uses as part of the laser production process. This burns out completely during firing.
