A composition-led texture set designed for creating cohesive handmade dinnerware across multiple functional forms.
The Iris Collection combines coordinated botanical surface layouts across a dinner plate, side plate, bowl, and mug format, allowing potters to create visually connected tableware while still retaining variation and movement from piece to piece. Each composition has been intentionally arranged to suit its specific form, creating a more resolved and authored surface language than a standard repeat texture alone.
Designed as part of the Studio Collections range, this set moves beyond modular texture placement into coordinated dinnerware design while still remaining flexible for individual studio practice and glaze interpretation.
Suitable for slab-built tableware, layered glazing, oxide washes, and functional ceramics intended to work together as a complete collection.
